Our Elite Wellness Program consist of the weight loss shot, medical exam, and professional counseling. We offer three different shots. Wegovy, Moungaro, and Saxenda, which are all injectable medications and FDA approved for weight loss. The medical exam is administered by our Medical Director, to ensure your safety and preparedness, to join the program.  The counseling is performed by one of our licensed clinicians, to assist you in your new weight loss journey.

As an additional component of your weight loss journey, you have the option of our Elite Wellness Trainer. This program consist of 16 weeks of meal prep, personalized workouts, and a one on one accountability coach.

The Elite Wellness Program is not an overnight fix. It is structured for you to learn and sustain new healthy habits.
